Emergency Service Requests

What qualifies as an "emergency service request?"

An emergency service request is warranted if there is an immediate hazard to someone's health, life or property. 
Obviously, if you smell smoke or see fire, call 911 FIRST.


Examples of "immediate hazard" include: The entire home is without power** or your heating or air conditioning doesn't have power during extreme weather periods. 

Please note: "False Run" or non-emergency calls made via the emergency service request line will be subject to a service fee.
->After hours minimum false run fee is $500.00
->Regular business hours minimum false run fee is $250.00

**If your entire house is without power, contact your electric utility provider (SDG&E) first to make sure it's not a utility outage.
